When you participate in any SXM Poker Run events, you may be required to provide your vessel details to maritime authorities, and Customs & Immigration departments on both the Dutch and French sides of St Maarten, and possibly other foreign ports.
We employ a Customs Agent who can submit your vessel data on your behalf. Our Customs Agent will also have controlled access to your vessel details.
